Zoey Brookshire

As a visual artist Brookshire has held a prestigious South Carolina Fellowship in Visual Art. Her 40 year history as a painter includes 24 solo exhibitions. As a poet, who only recently began publishing, work has been published in The Yale Review among others. Her manuscript 'The DayBrings Itself' was a finalist for The Wesleyan Cardinal Poetry Prize in 2024.
